How to Vote for David Ellis

Information on this page is about the upcoming General Election that begins with early voting starting October 19 and runs through Election Day, Tuesday, November 3. This information is helpful for registering to vote and finding your precinct address on Election Day.
All Hilton Head Island early voting is held at the USCB-HHI Campus located at 1 Sand Shark Drive.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that the election for Town Council is NON-PARTISAN, meaning that if you want to vote for David Ellis, you cannot simply vote straight ticket (Republican or Democrat). Instead, after voting for individuals for other offices, such as Governor, Senator, et cetera, you will need to continue scrolling to the bottom of the ballot, where the Ward 5 Town Council candidates are located.

Early Voting at USCB-HHI Campus Building starts October 19.
Early Voting

Early voting is a two-week no-excuse voting period that was implemented to reduce long lines at polling locations on Election Day.
Any voter can visit their early-voting location on Hilton Head Island just like they would at their polling place on Election Day, Nov. 3.
Early voting dates are Monday Oct. 19 until Saturday Nov. 2. Hours are 8:30 a.m to 6:00 pm (Monday – Saturday).
The Hilton Head Island early voting location is the USCB Hilton Head Campus at 1 Shark Drive, near Sea Pines Circle. Upon arrival, there will be signage and poll workers directing you to the area where voting is taking place.
